After using them in 2016 to sell an income property, Kristen and her team helped me sell my prior primary residence home in early 2018 and then helped me find and purchase a new one. They were highly professional, and assisted me with literally every step. They even have a handyman to assist with repairs! I moved into my new home 2 weeks after the close of escrow of the home I sold, to say it was chaotic is no understatement, but Kristen and her team did an amazing job, and took the stress off me.
