Great experience working with Kristen, Brittney and Dillon to sell our home in short order! It was a unique property that was difficult to price initially, but Kristen, Brittney and Dillon relied on their significant experience with the local market to price our property appropriately, resulting in multiple offers, and closing at a price above our expectations. They also offered to cover almost half of the costs of repairs requested by the buyer, voluntarily and without hesitation, in the interest of closing the sale.
