Kristen’s team is awesome!
She had our home staged and professional photographed which made all the difference. We sold our house on the very first open house for the full asking price. The buyer lost his job half way thru the escrow and that same weekend Kristen put it back on the market with an Open House. She sold it again and made sure all the contingencies were met in a timely manner.
